Once the refund formalities are completed on our payment gateway platform, Instamojo, your refund will be processed and it will take 3-5 working days to reflect in your bank account statement.
To initiate refund you have to create case on Instamojo platform from your end, and once we get notification from instamojo regarding the refund we will process the refund from our end.
